This renovation was centered around creating a space that felt refreshed, intentional, and uniquely personal to the client. Drawing inspiration from California Casual and Japandi design principles, our goal was to transform the home into a light, airy retreat that balances modern simplicity with warmth and comfort. A soft neutral palette layered with rich textures, natural materials, earthy accents, and subtle metallic finishes creates a calming environment that feels both elevated and approachable.

Throughout the home, we focused on clean lines and thoughtful curation, ensuring each space felt open, uncluttered, and serene. The result is a spa-like atmosphere that invites you to slow down, relax, and truly exhale. To add personality and a sense of discovery, we incorporated deeper, richer color moments in smaller spaces, allowing for playful design expressions while maintaining the home’s overall sense of cohesion.

The transformation included all new flooring, interior and exterior paint, a complete kitchen renovation, updated appliances, lighting, furnishings, artwork, accessories, and décor. Every detail was carefully considered to create a home that feels fresh, timeless, and uniquely reflective of the people who live there. This project was an absolute pleasure to work on, and we couldn’t be happier with the dramatic transformation and the beautiful final result.
